Registration includes post-run soup, bread, and cookies for runners.  If family or friends are coming with you to the run, you can buy lunch tickets for them when you register.

You also have the option to add a donation to Groundswell Conservancy on RunSignup when you register, or anytime before the run.

If you are signed up and want to change distances, you can do that on RunSignup, or just drop us an email.
