6/14/2026 - Thank You, Runners and Volunteers!

We want to thank you for joining us at the 2026 Blue Mound Trail Run.  We've done 22 of these and it's still fun for us, and we trust for you also. Results and photos are posted on the website. Runner participation helps support the projects of the Friends of Blue Mound State Park. Extra thanks to those who added a donation when registering for the run.

Volunteers make the event possible, safe, and fun, and we can't thank them enough for giving time, brain power, and heart to the trail run.

Thanks also to sponsors, including timing sponsor Movin' Shoes and many sponsors contributing food and/or door prizes for the post-run party.

We hope to see many of you at the Black Hawk Ridge Trail Run on October 18, 2026. At Black Hawk you can add to your Wisconsin Trail Runs kilometer account, either 8K or 16K.  Registration for Black Hawk will open by August 15.  The next Savanna Series run is the Prairie Chase at Pheasant Branch Conservancy on June 27.
